Who is responsible

The VaultFlow marketing website and demo inquiry form are operated by Manage Tech 360 (SMC-PRIVATE) Ltd. For privacy questions or requests, email sales@vaultflow.pk.

Information submitted in a demo request

The form requests the following information to help us understand your business and arrange a demonstration:

• Full name and business name
• Email address and phone or WhatsApp number
• City and business type
• Interested modules and plan, if provided
• The message or requirements submitted with the request
• Campaign source, medium, campaign, or content tags in a link, if present and valid

We also process technical request information to operate the form and limit abuse. This can include the request time, IP address, request identifier, and a browser tracking identifier if present and permitted by your choice. Website hosting systems may also generate operational or security records about page requests. The exact records depend on provider settings.

Campaign tags may accompany the inquiry for attribution. They are not included in analytics events. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, or sensitive identity information in the message field.

How demo details are used

We use demo details to receive, manage, and respond to your request, arrange a product demonstration, and associate the inquiry with campaign tags when they are provided. Submitting a demo request does not subscribe you to promotional messages.

This form does not collect marketing consent. A demo request is not treated as permission to send promotional messages.

Service providers and international processing

We use third-party service providers for website hosting and infrastructure, and for customer relationship and lead management of demo inquiries. Optional analytics providers may also process limited site-usage information if analytics is configured and you accept the optional choice. Analytics is not needed to submit a demo request.

These providers may process or access information outside Pakistan. The countries involved can depend on provider operations, account settings, and service providers they use. We do not claim that information remains in Pakistan. Provider locations and applicable transfer arrangements have not been independently confirmed for every service.

Cookies and analytics choices

Optional analytics only loads when a valid measurement ID is configured and you accept the analytics choice. If enabled, the site records limited usage events such as page views, module views, and demo-form actions. Contact details and free-text inquiry messages are not sent as analytics event parameters. A browser preference may be stored to remember your choice, subject to your browser settings.

If you accept optional analytics and a provider tracking identifier is present, that identifier may be included with your demo request so the inquiry can be associated with the visit. Rejecting analytics prevents the form from sending that identifier. When analytics is configured, you can change your choice using Privacy settings.

Retention and privacy requests

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to and manage the request, meet applicable operational or legal requirements, and address disputes. We do not publish a fixed retention period. Service-provider records and backups may follow their own retention settings and terms.

You may email sales@vaultflow.pk to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable requirements before acting. No response timeframe is promised by this policy.

Handling and safeguards

Demo inquiry information is handled by the people and service providers needed to operate the website and respond to requests. Provider security and access controls depend on their systems, terms, and account settings. We do not claim a particular security certification or guarantee here, and no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as our website or data practices change. The latest revision date will appear near the start of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel.
